The frame is in great nik with just a couple of holes . The floor came from scootrs.com and was very well made, so we lined it up and secured it with a couple of self tappers then using the vane cutter along the front of new floor, then we (I say we but my mate nick did the welding) welded the front of the floor with a mig welder, then spot welded along the trunk and lastly migged the back

The old girl has been coming on leaps and bounds, first i made a brace to stop it twisting, then i cut the old floor off by drilling the spotwelds then useing a vane cutter 10mm shy of the new floor finishing then the frame was sandblasted
